Booking Information

• The tourist tax of €3.50 per person per day will be charged on site. It applies from the age of 14 and may be changed at any time by the public administration.
• We reserve the right to require a minimum stay during certain periods or to charge supplements for short stays.
• If you do not take dinner on any day of your stay, a deduction of €20.00 per person will be applied.
• The single occupancy surcharge is plus 30%. Suites can only be booked for double occupancy.
• Dogs are welcome, we charge € 25,00 per day.
• Half-board includes the breakfast buffet and a varied menu  in the evening.
• Inclusive services: outdoor pool, indoor pool, finnish sauna, turkish steam bath, tennis court, library.
• In your room: Service, WIFI, LCD TV, exclusive cosmetic line "Vin Pur" made from the castle's grapes, slippers, safe, mini bar (at an additional charge), bathrobe for your stay.
• Methods of payment: CASH (max. € 4.999 per person), EC card, Visa, MasterCard; American Express.
• The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
• Cancellation: You do not have a right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act - nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
  Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
  From 29 to 15 days before arrival, 50% of the booked stay will be charged.
  From 14 to 1 day before arrival, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.
  In case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the booked and unused days will apply.
