Booking Information

• The tourist tax of €3.50 per person per day will be charged on site. It applies from the age of 14 and may be changed at any time by the public administration.
• We reserve the right to require a minimum stay during certain periods or to charge supplements for short stays.
• If you do not take dinner on any day of your stay, a deduction of €20.00 per person will be applied.
• The single occupancy surcharge is plus 30%. Suites can only be booked for double occupancy.
• Dogs are welcome, we charge € 25,00 per day.
• Half-board includes the breakfast buffet and a varied menu  in the evening.
• Inclusive services: outdoor pool, indoor pool, finnish sauna, turkish steam bath, tennis court, library.
• In your room: Service, WIFI, LCD TV, exclusive cosmetic line "Vin Pur" made from the castle's grapes, slippers, safe, mini bar (at an additional charge), bathrobe for your stay.
• Methods of payment: CASH (max. € 4.999 per person), EC card, Visa, MasterCard; American Express.
• For bookings made by phone or online, there is no right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Protection Code (Art. 59, Paragraph 1, letter N of the Consumer Protection Code) - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal.
  In case of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged. The deposit paid will be refunded.
  In case of cancellation between 20 and 7 days before arrival, the deposit/credit will be retained for a new booking of the same length of stay.
  In case of cancellation between 6 and 4 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
  In case of cancellation from 3 days before arrival onwards, as well as in the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, cancellation fees amounting to 100% of the booked but unused days will be charged.
