Even early in the morning, the terrace, with the most beautiful view of South Tyrol, is very inviting. While you enjoy your coffee in this exceptionally charming spot, you can let your eyes wander over to the mouth-watering breakfast buffet full of delicacies and delicious treats. Here at Schloss Hotel Korb, your culinary enjoyment begins with breakfast.
You couldn't possibly dream of a more enchanting spot to enjoy breakfast. Our buffet leaves nothing to be desired.
In addition, we offer a special breakfast for diabetics and people with celiac disease, food intolerances, and allergies.
Our buffet is available daily from 7:30 to 10:30 am. If you missed the buffet because you wanted to stay in bed a little longer, we will serve you an à la carte breakfast whenever you would like.
Non-hotel guests are also welcome to reserve a table for breakfast. We ask you to reserve a table in advance.

Whether an incentive, seminar, or meeting - our conference spaces offer plenty of room for all kinds of events and impress with a wonderful view to Bolzano and the Dolomites.
The castle veranda is a conference room flooded with natural light with floor to ceiling windows. It is suited for conferences and larger meetings and can accommodate 80 to 120 people. A projector and screen are installed in the room. For smaller groups, the arches of the castle provide a rustic charm. Both the veranda and room with the arches are equipped with a flip chart and bulletin board. For group works, there are additional rooms to which the groups can withdraw.
