The idyllic scene here couldn't be more fascinating. The azure heavens, dotted with fleecy clouds, arch over the vineyards. Very special varieties of grapes are grown on the family-owned vineyards surrounding the castle. Fritz Dellago applies a great deal of time, effort, and skill in using them to produce his excellent wines. Wine is also an expression of culture. That's why Fritz Dellago has always had the desire to combine the two, and he succeeded in realizing this dream when renovating and expanding the wine cellar. Not only is wine produced and aged here, wine tastings are also held here. Further, various different cultural events, such as art exhibitions, literature readings, and concerts take place regularly.
