If you are looking to spend a truly extraordinary vacation, then the Schloss Hotel Korb is the place for you. This majestic structure dates back to the year 1236. The former residential tower of the Lords of Korb was a feudal possession inhabited by various different noble families over the course of the centuries. In the year 1834, Johann von Putzer purchased the estate and expanded it to include the chapel. The more-recent additions to the castle are in keeping with the Romantic architectural style of that period. The battlements visible from even far away are a tribute to those times.

In 1918, the Dellago Family took over the Schloss Korb. With industry and a devotion to the little details, they established an exemplary agricultural operation, the Schloss Hotel, and a fine restaurant. Despite its relatively simple architectural style, the complex displays a gracious beauty. The blend of past epochs and modern design elements achieves a perfect harmony. A new form of Romanticism which help our guests escape from their day-to-day concerns.
