Ripening in the family-owned vineyards which surround the castle are precious gems, grapes producing a boundless breadth of aromas cherished by wine lovers around the world. Fritz Dellago cultivates his exquisite wines with enormous passion and heart. High expectations, yet expectations that have met with impressive results. Gambero Rosso gave the 2007 - 2010 vintages of his Weissburgunder a “3 Glasses” rating. Another white wine, the “Gewürztraminer“ was part of the official wine at the Olympics of 2008 and 2012 the “Weissburgunder”.
