Here in elegant surroundings, you can select from our menu of delicious foods and tantalizing dishes made from the finest ingredients, to which we've added fresh herbs from our own garden.
Our well-stocked wine cellar boasts more than 20,000 bottles of wine. Besides the delicious vintages produced by the Fritz Dellago vineyards, we of course have a wide selection of other South Tyrolean wines. But we also offer rare vintages of very fine wines you can choose from: From the latest Château Rothschild all the way back to the year 1934, and including the fabulous Amarone from 1928 till 2001, the incomparable 1921Château d'Yquem, the sinfully expensive 1975 Château Petrus, and much more.
